Sharyce and Greg Baartman are more than just partners in life; they are partners in a mission to make a difference in the lives of others.

Their journey began when Sharyce, a dedicated audiologist, took a leap of faith and purchased the Hearing and Speech Center in 2014 from Dr. Linda Grong. It was a decision driven by her husband’s encouragement and her passion for helping those with hearing and communication challenges thrive in their daily lives.

As the practice flourished under Sharyce’s leadership, Greg began to witness firsthand the impact his wife was making in the community. Inspired and driven by a desire to further the family practice, Greg made the decision to join Sharyce in January 2016.

With Greg’s expertise in computers and music, and his personal experience with tinnitus, the Hearing and Speech Center entered a new phase of growth and innovation. Together Sharyce and Greg implemented streamlined processes, expanded service offerings, and cultivated a team that shares in their commitment to excellence.

Hearing and Speech Center has become more than just a place for treatment; it is a community where patients feel seen, heard, and valued. At the heart of it all is the unwavering partnership between Greg and Sharyce, who share in a commitment to making a difference.
