Directed by Linda Grong, Au.D., audiologist and speech pathologist, the staff at the Hearing & Speech Center has been serving the needs of the community for over 20 years.

Melissa Tvete, Au.D.

Dr. Melissa Tvete joined our staff in February 2009. She is a Minnesota native who did her undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota Duluth, then went on to do her Master’s and Doctorate of Audiology at the University of New York at Buffalo. As part of her externship at Buffalo she spent two years in Dublin, Ireland, working with their cochlear implant team.

 Dr. Tvete sees patients at Sanford Canby, Avera Marshall and Sanford Worthington. She has recently successfully completed her Minnesota Hearing Instrument Dispenser Certification, and is certified by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association.
